Quiet Time
Quiet time between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Guests may not be gather outside, BBQ, Firepit, or any outdoor activities. Quiet time does not apply to any emergencies.
Music
No Loud Music allow inside or outside. No music at all outside.
Occupancy/Parking
No additional guests allowed other than stated guest in the inquiry. No more than 1 standard vehicles is allowed.
No Smoking
No Smoking Inside or Outside allowed. Any evidence of smoking will result in fine equal to maximum deposit. You will not receive deposit.
No Pets
If you are traveling with pets, they must be leashed and attended to at all times, as per City of Sedona ordinance. Please pick up immediately after your pet.

Check In 1 PM to 5 PM

Minimum Age required to book is 25 years
Cancellation
100% refund if cancelled 10 days prior to arrival Minus any fees/Deposit. No refund within 10 days of arrival.
