The best part is with all the beautiful trees, sound of the river and wide spacious sites you truly feel like you are “camping”. Not just staying in a parking lot sharing your neighbors vacation. And the best part is how much cooler it is in the summer than Grand Junction and Montrose. You are in a small town and away from all the tourists of Montrose and right next to all the farm markets. Love love that Olathe Sweet Sweet Corn!! So close to the Black Canyon, Ouray, and Million Dollar Highway as well!
Best part was the staff! Marie and Noah made our visit so memorable! Very few campgrounds treat their guests as family. Marie is a real professional and a wonderful host. She made our visit what it was and because of her we will be back!! Thank you Marie!!
